Announcing availability of grants for the Young Cultural Ambassador Program 2009

The Office of International Agriculture (OIA), Khon Kaen University, Thailand is pleased to announce the availability of grants for a 10-day "Young Cultural Ambassador Program" to Thailand from 26 January 2009 to 4 February 2009.   This program aims to promote international exchange and mutual understanding between Khon Kaen University and its international associate universities. The program will include an interesting mix of language learning, cultural courses and visits to cultural and agricultural sites.

Twenty slots are available for the grants from OIA to cover all the in-country costs, such as food, tuition fees, accommodation and local travel only. Interested applicants are requested to look for sponsors to cover the travel expenses to and from Thailand.

Interested institutions are encouraged to nominate a maximum of two students before 20 December 2008.
